Work in Burnwater is undeniably hard. We constantly push ourselves to the limit, constantly making creative "troubles"and overcoming them. Physical, mental, and emotional stress are the everyday norms at work. Hence, we respect passion and perseverance, and frown upon mediocrity and artistic complacency. The work experience is demanding and taxing, but it is definitely rewarding.

Requirements
Skill and talent are definitely prerequisites for the Burnwater artist. However, Burnwater seeks to identify crucial values in its applicants: a burning passion, determined professionalism, strength of mind and character, for instance.
Business and/or communication backgrounds are also key factors in the selection process.
